Savory ground pork simmered with Sylvia’s Enchilada Chili Gravy and cumin. A quick Tex-Mex filling for tacos, enchiladas, or loaded nachos.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground pork
- ½ cup Enchilada Queen Chili Gravy
- ¾ cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
PREPARATION:
- Brown meat in a medium skillet, breaking up large chunks as you go.
- Add all remaining ingredients
- Simmer 5 minutes or until desired moistness.
Use in enchiladas, tacos or on nachos.
