INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ¼ cup Enchilada Queen Chili Gravy or Sylvia's Medium Red Salsa
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
PREPARATION:
- Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat. Break up any large clumps.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes or until desired moistness.
