Flavorful ground beef cooked with Enchilada Queen Chili Gravy and optional beans. A quick Tex-Mex classic for tacos, enchiladas, or hearty weeknight meals.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 jar Enchilada Queen Chili Gravy
- 2 lbs Ground Beef 80/20.
- ¾ cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can pinto Beans 15oz (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Cook ground beef and smash to break up any large clumps.
- Add water and simmer for about 5 – 10 minutes to release the beef flavor from the meat.
- Add 1 jar Enchilada Queen Chili Gravy and ¼ - ½ cup water to adjust for desired moistness.
- If desired, add 1 can of pinto beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
