Easy black beans simmered with red salsa, cilantro, and a hint of spice. Serve warm over salads or as a hearty Tex-Mex side dish.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Can 15 oz Black Beans
- ¼ cup Enchilada Queen Medium Red Salsa
- 2 tablespoons water
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in one pot
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
