This easy Tex-Mex dip combines avocado, cream cheese, and Sylvia’s Tomatillo Sauce for bold flavor. Serve with chips, nachos, or your favorite toppings.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Enchilada Queen Tomatillo Sauce
- 1 medium avocado
- ½ cup of cream cheese or sour cream
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
- ½ small jalapeño
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or in a small bowl.
- Blend for about 30 - 45 seconds until all ingredients are smooth and cilantro is in small specs.
- Refrigerate dip until ready to serve.
- Yield is about 2 ½ cups.
Serve over tortilla chips and garnish with cheddar for nachos add your favorite toppings.
